We have completed the initial investigation of an error message for Shopify Fulfillment Order Date. Orders create successfully, but dates are not syncing into GRIN as expected. Instead of the Order Date value, an "Error" message appears in the Fulfillment Orders table. We believe the root cause and resolution has been identified, and teams are working to release a fix to resolve the issue. The target timeline for resolution is today, 11/01/24. We will continue to provide updates and resolution details here once confirmed.

We have fixed this issue and it should not be seen going forward. We are currently working on finding a resolution for affected orders in GRIN.
